Will insurance cover my visits?

Many insurance companies do reimburse for nutrition counseling. Call your insurance company to determine if a referal is required, the number of visits,diagnoses, copayments and decuctables. If your plan rquires a referal, if will need to be issued prior to the first visit. If your insurance company does not cover for any reason, you are financialy responsible for payment.
 

How do I pay for a telephone consultation?

For telephone consultations, payment must be paid in full prior to the first session.
 

Policies

A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of all appointments. For office consultations full payment is expected at time of visit. For phone consultations payment must be payed in advance. All long distance calls (outside of Massachusetts) will be made collect.
