What happens after you have contacted me?

I will e-mail you or return your call at one of your suggested times. I will ask what your particular concerns are about your nutritional health, what you would like to get out of our counseling relationship, and explain what food record, medical, exercise and insurance data will be needed. If we agree that you would benefit from my services, I will schedule your initial visit at this time.
